Overview

Refund Policy

At Dealsokay, customers can request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for any damage, missing item, or product mismatch claims.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided for all refund requests.

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

Refund Policy: Customers can request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date if they’re dissatisfied with their order. The conditions might include:

  • Customers should take a unboxing video for claim damag or product mismatch.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers may need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within a certain period, usually after the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns Policy

Customers may initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below:

  • Returns are accepted only for products without damage or defect.

  • Broken or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers must raise a return request through our official support channels.

  • Dealsokay reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.

Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to open and verify the parcel in front of the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law.

  • This policy applies only to orders delivered within GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) areas.
