- Customers should take a unboxing video for claim damag or product mismatch.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers may need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within a certain period, usually after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns Policy: Customers can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving their order. The process may involve:
- Contacting customer service to request a return authorization number.
- Packaging the item securely and shipping it back to the company within the specified time frame.
- Customers may be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- After Claim Custmers will refund money in thier Bank Account or UPI with 5 days.
