📦 DELIVERY POLICY – Dealsokay

Dealsokay (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides delivery services for products purchased through www.dealsokay.com within GHMC areas.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available only within GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) areas.
2. Delivery Charges
Free Delivery on all orders with a cart value of ₹500 and above.
Orders below ₹500 may attract delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.
3. Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:30 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to serviceability.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Dealsokay shall not be liable for delays caused due to such reasons.
4. Open & Receive Policy
Customers are allowed to open the parcel in front of the delivery executive before accepting delivery.
Customers must verify the product at the time of delivery.
Once accepted, the delivery is considered successful and verified.
5. Failed Delivery
Dealsokay will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal after verification, or external conditions beyond our control.
