Overview
Refund Policy
At Dealsokay, customers can request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for any damage, missing item, or product mismatch claims.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided for all refund requests.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Refund Policy: Customers can request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date if they’re dissatisfied with their order. The conditions might include:
- Customers should take a unboxing video for claim damag or product mismatch.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers may need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within a certain period, usually after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns Policy
Customers may initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below:

Returns are accepted only for products without damage or defect.

Broken or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Customers must raise a return request through our official support channels.

Dealsokay reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
Important Notes

Customers are advised to open and verify the parcel in front of the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) areas.
