Setup: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles or ends of the band at shoulder height.
Execution: Perform a squat by bending your knees and lowering your hips as if sitting back into a chair. Return to the starting position and repeat.

2. Deadlifts:

4. Bent Over Rows:
