- Setup: Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles or ends of the band at shoulder height.

4. Bent Over Rows:
- Setup: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the handles or ends of the band. Bend at the hips while keeping your back straight.

5. Shoulder Press:
