7. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹500 may attract a delivery charge (e.g., ₹40)

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy

  • Certain items such as breakable, fragile, or customized products may not be eligible for return

9. Breakable & Fragile Items

  • Extra care is taken in packing fragile items

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video for damage claims
